Last Phriday's cook...

 Y'all may have outdone yourselves right there - and that's a tough job! :clap2:

How did you like it? It really looks amazing. It seems it might be hard to tell with all the seasoning going on, but can you tell a diPhPherence in Phlavor between regular pork and wild boar?

Hope y'all are good - I'm missing you guys!

Just when I think I'm starting to know what I'm doing, I see another of your posts. Thanks for keeping me humble. what a cook.

That stew looks wonderful, Phu. Reminds me of a Mexican dish called birria. I'd hit that over and over.

I was inspired by a Portuguese dish called "gizado".
I lePht out the potatoes and carrots and gave it my own twist.

Miss you too Bro'!

Pork and wild boar are 2 different things...wild boar is more "beePhier" than pork and has more Phlavour.
Can't compair it to anything else.
Dang...we wanted to serve you wild boar last time you were here.:tsk:

That is Padawan's red kettle.
Yeah...the WGA is still in use...lately it is going anywhere!
Good to see you again...love your different kind of cooking!

ahh I see, good to have a variety of grilling toys. I've been giving my smoky joe a work out this past year, it gets at least half of my cooks anymore.

And thanks for the compliment, I'm a big fan of yours as well
