Just joined & glad to be a part of the forum. Looking forward to good info & smoking hints from the members.
I live in north central Mass (originally from NY via Oregon) - try to smoke as long as I can during the year, but generally can only go 'til Nov.
I have a Great Smokey Mtn gas unit, a Smokin-it electric, & a Weber kettle & gas grill. Love them all.
Have tried ribs, turkey, chicken, pork (they come out pretty good) & brisket (not so successful).
