my friend brought me a whole bunch of it preseasoned from a local winery. i never used it before. anybody got any suggestions as to what to cook with it and what the resulting flavor will be on the finished product? thanks.

I had a small bag last year and mixed it in with some apple and used it mostly on chicken. Mixed some with pecan for thick pork chops....I liked it.
