Default Wedding for 75

Have a wedding a week from Sunday. 75 peeps and wanted to see if I got my #'s right. They wants ribs, Brisket and Pork. I was thinking 30lbs in total meat weight, pre cooked. 10lbs brisket, 10lbs pork, and 10lbs ribs. Any advise would be appreciated.

50 lbs of brisket and pork.
13 racks of ribs.

It's a wedding, you DON'T want to run out.

Your a little shy.

I agree but would do an extra slab as you have no margin for error. And it's only 2 bones per person so you need to serve to control portions. And that's St Louis ribs not baby backs. Baby backs need 50% more or 3 bones per person.
