I didn't bother to start a thread for our show because this board seems to be populated primarily with folks from outside of Dixie. Your best bet is to just ask folks at the Thursday night mixer and they'll tell you who is who and where they hang out online.
Obviously I'll be around. If you want to find your cook site, get your meat inspected or complain about our choice of KCBS reps I'm your man!
I wont be in the comp this time, my smoker is el cheapo and barely seasoned well...but will be there saturday and very interested in learning anything I can so maybe by next year... Looking forward to meeting some of you Saturday (know its a busy morning)
