Wondered if any Brethren would be cooking Rio Rancho.
This contest kicks off our season. Its always great to see friends whom you have missed all winter.

Unfortunately, we will NOT be making Rio Ranch this year.

I did want to echo Merl's sentiments here and also say that this event is just fantasticly run in my opinion. If anyone has a chance to do it in the future, I highly recommend it.
 
Rio Rancho

This is the first stop for the new trailer on THE GREAT AMERICAN BBQ Tour. Just received photos of the trailer, and it is getting some looks on the road to New Mexico.
