Default Jalapeno and Pepperjack Cheeseburger

The other weekend, my wife and I went to Kuma's Corner in Chicago for a burger. I had the Iron Maiden. It was delicious and I wanted it again. I didn't make it exactly the same, but this was pretty close.

1/2 pound burger patty with blackening spices.

Grillin on the cool side.

Jalapenos and Cheese at the ready...

Topped with the Jalapenos...

Cheese time...

Melting...with some red onion on the grill.

Plated with fixins....

It was a tower!

I do love the pretzel bun. They are great and are substantial enough to hold together with a messy burger!

Enjoy!

If my bud wasn't Jewish that would be on the menu next weekend.
Guess it'll have to be pork ribs...
