I did my first cook with the new Cyberq last night. Fired up the primo around 5pm and put a 12lb packer on and a 8 lb picnic. I split the flat and point after cooking and cubed the point and sliced the flat. Cooked at 200 for about 3 hours, and then upped it to 225, then up to 250 (playing around with the Cyberq all night). It sure is nice sitting inside and being able to control the cooker from the laptop. I had to run to an appt this morning and I should have taken them off then, and the appt ran late, so they were actually over done. They cooked a total of 15 hours (13 hours would have been about perfect). Regardless, they came out good. The last pic is my contraption I made up to house the cyberq in to protect from rain, etc...it works great as it rained off and on all night....last one shows the lump left after a 16 hour burn
