Here is a picture of my Brisket before it was cooked.

then here is the last pic of it cooked. Minus a strip of meat courtsey of my wife.:wink:

Good lookin' brisket....I've heard so much about UDS's that I'm thinking about having to get me one. Looks like a pretty cool project..
