Request for Moink Ball Certification
Well I made some moink balls last weekend . No pics it didn’t happen , yep it happened. So , I would like to request my Moink Ball Certification.
Here’s the raw ingredients. Home made rub and the sauce was a mix of SBR’s and pineapple ice-cream topping. Next out on the Weber over RO lump and some hickory chips. And here we are all sauced and ready to disappear. Rick

I was out of pineapple juice "I sometimes cut sauce with that" so thats where the crazzy topping idea came from. Next time I will use a rub with out salt as these were a bit salty.
