Default Saiko's Killer Chili

Thanks Saiko for the chili recipe. I made it Saturday night for the Super Bowl tomorrow. Dam# good. Can't wait until tomorrow. Followed the recipe except used diced whole tomatoes and red kidney beans. Did not drain either but cut back on the water. Also did not use bacon grease as wife does not like bacon. I know may be grounds for divorce. Also added some Louisiana hot sauce. The cumin and oregano adds some nice earthy flavors. Me and my son could not stop sampling. Good stuff! Thanks for sharing.

NICE! Thanks for the laugh. I think chili is one of those things that you can pretty much bend the rules on. I have a base recipe that I use and tweak from there depending on my mood.

+1 on where's the recipe!
