Extruded bacon=turkey bacon=yuk next time the real thing. Young kid at work last week said it tastes like real bacon then he lost his man card!

I hear ya guys. I have no delusions that it tastes as good as bacon, but it does kinda taste like bacon, even if it is bird lips and ar$seholes. That's good enough for me right now - lost about 30lbs last year, and I'm hoping to keep it all off by trying to eat less fat and carbs, and exercising... well I'm not exercising as much as I used to, but hopefully I can remedy that.

My favorite part of making a quiche is making it look nice - "quiche art". I was a doofus though because I forgot to add the feta in the mix. Sprinkling it on top messed it up a bit. But it still tasted good!
