Just want to say thank everyone one of you on this site. I have never used a smoker or smoked a piece of meat in my life. Thanks to you guys I built a UDS for less than 50 bucks and been trying to cook everything I can get my hands on. Thanks for everything guys!

I know what you mean, I can't say enough thank you-s for all I've learned on this site. You're inspirational yourself, built a UDS and smoking everything already -- and you joined less than a month ago!

Oh yeah......couldn't agree more.

I found this place in June of '09 and all I had was a Weber OTS. Now I've got.....well....see my sig below. I've earned a rep around our little town of "The BBQ Guy" and I'm LOVIN IT!
