Default Ribs on the UDS, PRON!

Smoked 2 racks of babybacks...and I must say they were AMAZING!!! Not bad for my first time!!
And yes, that is a pair of vice grips, used to help seal my lid...LOL

Nice ribs! Im thinking on borrowing the vice grip idea. I have a lid that does not sit tight like I want it.
