Thoughts please

I think it would smoke up your house if used indoors. Get a Weber is my thought!
 
Dirty looks from the wife and smoke alarms going off in the kitchen, Duh :icon_blush:.

Interesting but how do you vent the smoke if you don't have a vented range hood?

I do have to say it is a step up from crock pot bbq.
 
I too was thinking about the smoke in the house factor. Then I read the line about using it on a side burner on the grill. I guess you could also use it in a campfire pit on a camping trip. I guess it has it's place, but not for me, I already have enough of the small time smokers, next in line for me is something a bit bigger...
 
The wife had a cameron stovetop smoker when we met. It's kind of like the one Emeril uses on occaision, except Cameron is Stainless and Emeril's is cast iron.

This one looks like it'd cook the same way, but has larger capacity. I know with the Cameron it doesn't leak too much when the lid is on, but really, the BGE is just outside the door!:razz:
