Description: You are bidding on 2 boxes of Hi Mountain Buckboard Bacon Cure. Each box contains three of the little pouches shown in the picture. Each box will cure 25 pounds of pork loin or butt, so you are looking at 50 pounds of butt bacon or Canadian bacon (made from pork loin).
