I had a couple racks of BB's and was walkin thru Farkways with the Mrs. and spied some Famous Daves Rib Rub. Well always up for a challenge I bet the Mrs. that "Not so famous Eds" rib rub was better than that other guys. And off we went. It was over 40 * this weekend which is normally enough to cause the EDS to get fired up anyway.
I rubbed mine with my homeade rub and did the other with FD's.

Beautiful on a easy Sunday eh Ed.

looking really good M.M. i'll forgive you for the slice job.:-D:cool:

I like the looks of that browning on em and they look good ever which a way. To cut em good and straight turn em up on their end with the back of the rib facing you (bones running vertical wize) and before each cut spy out just where the bone runs and the curve of it and then when you cut you will know where the knife needs to go bro. It's just too hard to cut a curving cut with em laying flat.

does look good - how many judges did you have??

nice lookin ribs and nothing wrong with the cut job as far as im concerned

You dont eat the cut job. Model they look very tasty to me.
