as a first doing a whole brisket + 9 lb butt +3 racks of ribs all on a char-griller tomorrow ..who knows what might happen

well starting at 7am so didnt wanna mess with trimming in the morning lol the hard part is having everything ready at 1 time ...ooohh forgot about the fatty and bologna roll in the mix too

Get the brisket and butt done and resting in a cooler early. They will stay hot. that way you only have to worry about the ribs, bologna and fatty.

I apply Dry Rub nite before and let it "Sweat" for 3-4 hrs before putting it in fridge.

What type Chargriller u using?
