Looking for a little advice from fellow PBC users. Smoked my first brisket last weekend. While the cooler turned out good, the taste was a little bland and it was a little dryer than I prefer. Smoke time was 6 hours, followed up by 2 hours wrapped in foil on the grates. Pulled it out when it hit 205 and let it rest for 1 hour. Any advice would be appreciated. TIA
