Default Butt, Brisket n Ribs Pron

Last weekend did up some BB Ribs, and some Butt n Brisket for the freezer. Well, our son got ahold of the butt, and there was none for the freezer .

Cooked on the WSM at 275* The butt was rubbed with Hog Waller, the Brisket with some Wolfe Rub original and Hoochie Mama.

The Ribs were rubbed with Wolfe Rub Bold and Hog Waller.

Also a pot o beans went on the smoker with some onions and homegrown peppers.

Thanks all!

One chunk hickory, and 2 chunks pecan for both cooks.

Used 100% RO lump on the ribs, and 50/50 RO and B&B lump on the butt/brisket.
