I have no issues with my Smoke Daddy. I think their wifi controller is coming out soon so maybe wait for that if it matters to you. They don't offer any options for wheels. They didn't even offer front wheels when I bought mine. The front shelf is the only upgrade I added. It is rock solid every time. The controller is really good and they sell a lot of them to those who buy cheaper pellet grills and want it to run better. The hopper and auger are really heavy as well as the heat diffuser and drip pan compared to most in this price range.

I have the SmokeDaddy Pellet Pro PID Controller/Hopper combo on my Austin XL along with their Heat Diffuser... No complaints whatsoever and definitely an upgrade from what my grill originally had. If you have any questions, call them and ask for Dennis. He owns the company.

Love my pellet pro i have their stick burning diffuser but never use it. Great pellet grill at least for my needs and dennis is a great guy. Well built great controller and only failed me once in over a year of constant use.

I have the Smoke Daddy Pellet Pro hopper w/ controller that I attached to an offset smoker. Easy to use and very little temp fluctuation. One burn back occurred, but that was my stupid fault because I failed to sift out the dust from bottom of pellet bag coupled with a big temp decrease.

The controller did fail at some point for unknown reasons (would no longer turn on). I sent it back to Dennis and they replaced it right away. Very good service, which IMO is hugely important factor when deciding on pellet smoker brand.

Here is link to my hybrid smoker using the Smoke Daddy.
