Default Winner Winner Chicken Dinner Every Time

I found these recipes a couple years ago. My family and extended family loves both! Check them out! Let me know if you have tried them before or try them and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the recipes, I read the first article a while back and cooking at 275 instead of the stated 225 gives me better results. Also, I have never brined chicken but I purchased the brine and going to do some tests for comps.

I had never brined chicken before this recipe, I bet the testers love it! I use Salt Lick as my seasoning. I mix it into the mixture for the whole chicken as well season bottom, inside, and under the skin. Good Luck!

Chicken at 225 ack! 325+ minimum brining is the only way to prep a chicky. I'm a Spatchcocker IMO it is the best way to do a whole bird if you aint spinnin it.
