Full Fledged Farker
We had a great steak and lobster dinner for christmas, here's some pics of my cook.
Started off with a 6.25 choice tenderloin from RD, trimmed up.
Box of lobster tails from RD too:
Marinated the beef in A1 steak marinade and then tied it up for the rotisserie.
Beef went on the rotisserie
After about an hour and 15 minutes here's the tenderloin fresh off the grill
I bake my lobster tails in the oven, here they are ready and the beef resting
Carving it up, middle was a perfect medium rare, ends were closer to medium well
And plated for the table
We served it with green bean casserole, twice baked potato bake, mushrooms\onions, awesome dinner for and even better to be able to share it with my family.
