Best leftover pork usage

I have said it before and I will say it again, my favorite way to use leftover pulled pork is on a loaded up potato. Baker, sour cream, chedder, green onion, pulled pork, and today's leftover sauce, SweetBabyRay Sweet and Spicy. Mmm, mmm good!
