If you like chicken you owe it to yourself to try Moose's spatchcock mexican roadside chicken It is really good My wife and son kept saying how good this was My only problem with it this time was that I had a 8.85 bird. This was the first time that I spatchcocked it and the dark meat was not done at the same time as the breadt One thigh was done the other was not Next time I need to try those piintp beans and salsa
