Hello From Northeast Louisiana
I've been a longtime lurker here. This has been my favorite BBQ website to visit for several years - always a bunch of good information. I just BBQ for the family and friends - small scale. I will be smoking the meat for my son's wedding reception dinner later this year so I'll probably start perfecting my skills real soon so that I don't disappoint anybody. We are planning on about 100 folks to feed for it. Anyway, I'm now an official member of this group and hope to be able to add to the forums.
