Great looking steak. Hard to beat a bone in rib eye for flavor. Whose cast iron grates are you using? Thanks for posting.

The CI grates are Stok. I like the removable center and the charcoal basket work like a vortex.


Sure Norm there is enough for a couple breakfasts!

Thanks for the info, I have the Weber gourmet grate with the cast iron center but have been thinking about getting one like yours. I will check it out. I have a Vortex and just love it for reverse searing a steak.
 
Bone-in ribeye - possibly may favorite food on the planet. But then a there’s crab... and Shiner.
