O yeah can't wait for this cook. Have been waiting for a brisket black ops cook.

Lot of pics please.

Tried oakridges other rubs and to my taste buds it needs a little extra salt. This is a great thing because you can always add but never remove salt.

This will be the second time I have used Black OPS I like it a lot! This is actually the bag I won here when it was initially released. I'll post picture's and a video too.
