Default 1:30 AM Freezer Search

1:30 AM and I can't sleep so I went to the freezer to see if there are any goodies to cook tomorrow.

I came away with a ham steak for breakfast along with some J. Dean sausages. For later in the day I have a gigantic Porterhouse Steak, a 12 Pound Prime Rib, and a big Beef Bottom Round Roast.

Looks like I'm in for a good day of cooking and eating and some tasty left overs.

And judging from your equipment list, you can cook it any damn way you please.

Looks like you're in for a good day, let us know how it goes and post some pics!
