Thanks all! It really hit the spot that night.

Second time fixing smoked sweet potatoes. I washed and dry, then forked'em, rubed with EVOO, sprinkle on sea salt and a little granulated garlic. Place offset in the smoke for about 1 hr, then rub butter, add a little more sea salt and seasoned pepper, seal in foil and offset 'em back on grill till they are soft to touch. Best I have ever tasted

Oh, yea the steak was good too.
