Help with Farmers Market Experience
Can I get help from those that have experience selling BBQ at weekly farmers markets?
What percentage of market visitors do you think will stop and purchase food? Not in me in particular but in general? I am vending at the farmers market every Saturday morning from 8:00 to 1:00. The market averages about 2500 per weekend and there is 6 or 7 food vendors in total. I am just trying to calculate my potential sales on the number of visitors purchasing food. Thank you for your help. |
