I've been reading this forum for quite awhile and really enjoy the info and friendly banter. My dad taught me how to cook many years ago. I've been hooked on BBQ since I was 8.
The Border War Smokers is a new team this year. We've helped on other teams in the past, so we're not completely clueless....I hope. Our first comp was Osage City. We had so much fun we tripled our schedule for the rest of the year.
We cook on a Good-One Rodeo, WSM and Weber OTG kettle.
