Anyone have a good recipe for good old fashioned sweet potato pie?

Oh yeah man.
Make a short bread type crust with lots of butter.
roast the sweet potatoes in the oven till they are soft browning and the skin is blistering.
Let them cool, peel them and then put them in the food processor with a few eggs, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon and a little salt.
Awesome!

Got Wood.
I saw one on a re-run of Diners Drive-ins and Dives last night and I did not get the recipe. It had a pecan crust on the top and then toped with toasted marshmallow's on top of that. Did anyone get that recipe?
