Well alot of brothers have been getting some Show Me sauce out of the MoFo's.

There is a meat loaf recipe on the label.

Did it once, but just added the Show Me to my recipe where I put sauce in. It was,,,,, okay.

Tonight, followed the simpler Show Me recipe on the label (other than adding Mozzarella the finally 5min). Farking Awesome

Any you non MoFo brothers get Show Me sauce in the Sauce Trading Post, it is your duty, nay, your obligation, to try that recipe on the label.

I made it. Tasted like a ham loaf they make in Amish Country.
 
Also tried the recipe on the bottle (courtesy of Brother Solidkick from the last sauce trade).Mighty good stuff.

Try it with Jalapeno Ketchup...Good stuff

Just polished off some Show Me Meatloaf, but cheated a little and added some Sweet and Sour sauce I recieved in the trade club from Hiloboy.

Got 2.5 pounds of ground pork today. Gonna do the 1.5# Show Me pork meatloaf in a few weeks, and 1# pork + 1# ground beef for my version of the awesome Ronelle fatty I had at Greg's for our Memorial Weekend.

Anyone has access to Show Me, or has access to Kick's email/paypal account, this is a must try recipe.

Steve, I agree it's a little much on it's own, but I really like it blended with a spicier sauce, especially on ribs.
 
OK - All of you are singing the praises of the meatloaf but not one post with the recipe or at least a link to buy the bottled sauced somewhere.

Help a brother out, please?





(not that it is going to help me much for a couple weeks, stuck in Hong Kong for another 10 days....)

Guy is 88 years old and makes only like 1500 gallons a year in his basement.

No web site, he wants to stay small.

Mista - I spend ~30% of the year is various spots arround the world for my work (IT Manager for clotheing company). I just hired a couple new guys in HK and I am in town to get them settled in. Currently spending my Sunday evening looking at all the BBQ porn from you guys in the hotel lounge. I suspect people are wondering why I have a pig with smoke comeing out of it's mouth on the laptop screen and why a guy would be looking at photos of random meat.


I'm off for Taipei later in the week then home for the weekend. Allready told the wife to pull out of the freezer a butt and some chops on Wednesday so that I can smoke something on Sat/Sun.

He produces it out of their house. Place your order and they will ship it out and ask you to mail a check back when you receive it. Makes you feel good remebering the days when people trusted people.
 
My folks were at the house all last week and I cracked the Show Me bottle for him. Had to wrestle it away from him before he left!!!

Several years ago an Engineer from work had to go to Taipei
and he told me he saw a couple of people riding bikes with a pig strapped to it.
He ask about it and they told him that people buy them at market
get them drunk so they they can transport them home on a bike.
 
Show Me Meatloaf

Mix 1/3 cup Show Me with One egg 1 cup Bread crumbs and 1 Teaspoon salt. Add 1 1/2 Lbs of ground beef. Form a loaf and put into panBake 45 minutes at 350*F. Pour another 1/3 cup of Show Me on loaf and bake 15 minutes more. 1/2 cup of chopped onion and green pepper maybe added to loaf.


*on a side note I have added green chiles as well in addition for every measure of Show ME I add the same amount of Jalapeno Ketchup. Gives it a nice mild kick. Also makes you fart like A Pet Coon the next day but I usually do thta anyway. :shock:
