Here's your chance to become a KCBS Certified Judge!
The Bixby BBQ & Blues Festival is hosting a 2007 KCBS Certified Judging
class in Bixby, Oklahoma. The cost to attend is $75 per person (Non-KCBS Members) and $45
per person (KCBS members). The fees include class expenses (covers meats & supplies), your
annual KCBS Membership fee & one year subscription to the KCBS Bull Sheet and $10
application fee (non-refundable). The class will be presented by a Certified Instructor
from the Kansas City Barbeque Society.
We only have 78 seats available so get your entry in soon!
Your application and fees are due no later than February 9, 2007.
