Hey all...haven't had as much time to post as I'd like...yesterday was the last Margate farmers market of the year. Did a bunch of turkeys and bone-in turkey breasts....and smoked salmon. Turkeys came out pretty good and the crowd was hungry :mrgreen:

---Learned something new yesterday, too. I forgot to defrost one of the birds so I threw it in the smoker frozen solid. Cooked it hotter....like 275-300 to keep the thing as safe as possible. It came out great...once I was able to get the bag of parts out....:mrgreen:

Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving....

Dan, sorry I missed you. I had a long taxing day Saturday and when we woke up Sunday my mind was clouded and I forgot that the Farmer's market was that day.

As usual, the turkeys look and the turkey breasts look wonderful. Happy Thanksgiving.

I’m still waiting on the pic of the 1000 gallon full of salmon!

Got busy and missed this....

Good save, Dan. The birds look great.

I'll be back next year for your salmon......it's flat out awesome. :-D

Happy Thanksgiving!
