Default UDS is finished!! (PICS)

Wanted to thank everyone for the help over the last few weeks, I really appreciate it! I will have plenty more questions once I fire it up so allow me to thank you all in advance for the advice to come!! Sorry that the pics are not the best, the sunlight was crazy today.

Looks better that them Green & Yellar ones it will undoubtedly cook better too! Is that an "H" or an "M"?

I like your drum, one thing you might need to change is the height of the inlet pipe and the top of the drum. it might not draft right. It might suck the exhaust back in leaving less clean oxygen for the coals to burn.
