Marinated the pork chop in Faja Lobi Red Roast for a couple of hours.
Dusted it with a little coarse seasalt,black pepper and Chinese 5-spice...smoked on some pear twigs.
Ate it with some glassnoodles,pak soi and Japanese radish.
