Default Church Youth Group Fundraiser.

Hello all, I know this question has been asked and asked again so here is my one and only.

I'm cooking for our church on Sunday to raise money for a youth group trip.

The menu is as follows (looking like buffet style):
Pulled Pork
Cole Slaw
Baked Beans
Chips
Buns
Drinks.

So, as usual, the regular questions.
How many butts, how many pans of beans, how many pans of slaw?

I'll be using large size throw away foil pans for slaw and beans. About half that number will be kids ranging all ages.

Thanks guys for the help.

the easy way of calculating is you can feed 10 people per butt....then I always cook a couple more.

Bad info.

Figure 2 1/4lb sandwiches per lb of raw meat.

I agree! Not all Butts are going to weigh the same or lose the same amount of weight during the cook. I always figure on losing 40% of the weight during the cook. And I serve 3 sandwiches out of 1 lb of cook meat. Then again not everyone serves the same size sandwiches. But this works for me.
