No worries...lol To tell you the truth this was my 1st time trying to cut the tri-tip and I heard to go against the grain but I couldnt tell if I was doing it right or wrong...oh well, lesson learned and will get it down before my next comp

Thank you Diva, father/son bonding time outweighed the results of our 1st comp but we had a blast! Check out The Orion 101 Covection Cooker, thats the name of the smoker, I love it

Yes they are! Cant wait for my next one and I see your from San Antonio I have alot of family there and have been there a few times. We love the Tex/Mex!
