In a few weeks, I will be starting my first 2 UDS builds. I am still collecting parts, but here is what I have so far:

Pretty soon there will be smoke and great food.

Decision time. After I remove the liner from both drums (I think I'm going with the extended wire wheel trick ala NorcoRedNeck), I have to decide which end to use. I am leaning toward the removable lid on the bottom but I am open to suggestions or discussions. Let me know what you think.
