Post Beef back ribs

I picked up some Beef Back ribs on sale this morn at Stater Bro's. (Got some spares also.) I haven't done beef ribs in a long time. I cut the slab in half. Half got SM Sweet and Spicy and the other half got garlic salt. Put them in at about 300 with some ABT's and homemade BBQ beans. They got done faster than I expected. I wrapped in foil and put them in the cooler while I finished every thing else. Sorry I didn't get pics of the finished meal, just the ribs.
Thanks for looking.

Nice! I picked up a couple of slabs yesterday too and did them last night, one on the ECB and the other on a rotiss just for the heck of it.
