Nothing fancy just simple burgers and drumettes
Seasoned the drumies with Plowboys Yardbird. Went indirect for about 30mins then direct for a few mins each side, then sauced with Sweet Baby Rays.
Instead of pig honey, check out the chicken honey!! For the burgers I seasoned up with some worse to shire sauce, then some Fiesta Texas style Steak Seasoning. Made the patties thin and direct. Then sliced some Colby Jack to melt on the patties. Then served it on potatoes rolls with ketchup and Siracha Hot Sauce. Nothing fancy, but supper good!!
