The monthly trek to the Butcher Shop Cafe was another success! We braved the elements and wrapped up just as the Pineapple Express dumped on the Pacific Northwet!

Smokin' Ty, Rib-O-Lator B-O-B, Northwest BBQ and swamprb dragged out the Weber's to cook up samples and meats for eager BSC customers.

Kobe briskets, Tri-Tips, RibEyes and 80 lbs of Chicken wings on 4 Rib-O-Lators!
A Performer and the Mini Cajun Bandit-we wanted to showcase backyard cookers for the customers.

Check out my slideshow, enjoy the pics from B-O-B and Northwest BBQ!

It was like a Wing-O-Lator boot camp! All of the wings (80 pounds) had bite though skin! :clap2: We also cooked 10 briskets, ribeyes, and some Tri-Tip. We all had a great time! :becky:

We had 4 Rib-O-lators, 8 grills, under 2 tents in the pouring rain. It was amazing. :thumb:

You can find the ROL here.

WOW!! That's a meat party. Outstanding. What got cooked up in the little cast iron cooking kettle? I saw it getting filled and fired up, but did not see what you all cooked on it.
NICE!

Good lookin' eats right there! Drums, WSMs, kettles - you got the whole thing goin' on there.

My goodness that is a fine lookin bunch of cookers. And the food!!! Nice job.

Looks like you guys had a good time. I was hoping to see you cook a steak on that little sportsman grill.

Someone could use a tool to remove the grease from their kettle, it makes a good coal spreader too.
