This was my first time to do all the food for a wedding, usally I will just do the meat. it all went well though.

We fixed food for 250 people, did pulled pork,Bbq pork,and Brisket, those were are meats. and for salads we did pasta,cole slaw,fruit with fruit dip,sides we did bake beans,green beans, cheesey potatoes,corn. We also had potatoe chips. Drinks we had Sweet tea, lemonade, unsweet tea. Cooked on my Big Green egg and my stick smoker.
