I decided to put some beef and pork ribs on the grill. I used my own rub and cooked indirect on the weber kettle with hickory and mulberry wood. I smoked them for 3.5 hours than sauced for a half hour. No pics of plating but they were awesome!

Looks fantastic!! :clap2:Rib racks seem to be a good thing, especially for a kettle.
 
Yum! Now I have a hankering for beef ribs, which is what I grew up on. Well, boiled until dead, then grilled 15 minutes beef ribs. :)
 
Looks Great Sunra! Tell us about the mulberry wood. How did it taste with the smoke?

I have the same rib rack and I think I may try a few slabs this weekend on my kettle too. Hope they come out good like yours...

I used a weber performer and the thometer on the dome didn't go pass 250 keep your temps in tact and you will be fine
