chicken recipes

Hey boys, doing a small job for co workers this friday. I wanted to experiment a little with my chicken. What would you guys suggest, I have some bone in chicken breasts. ie brine the italian dressing thing? any recipes would be appreciated Its for 20 people I got Tri tip, baked beans, potato salad artesian salad, garlic bread and of course the chicken on the menu. any recipes that would go with this menu would be appreciated.

P.S I tried checking the recipe section but I couldn't get in:icon_shy

I get this Pollo seasoning from a hispanic market in La Puente. It has an indian cheif drawing on top of label. I season with that in a container and cover with oj and let set. Always a favorite around here.

I like this sweet Asian chicken marinade. I suspect you could just buy some Lawry's marinade, but I keep most of this stuff in my pantry so it's easy to throw together.

Marinade:

soy sauce
sesame oil (little goes a long way)
brown sugar
honey
garlic
diced green onions
thin with beer or cola
