Default If You Smoke It; They Will Come (Pron)

Well I started cooking at 9 am yesterday and finished up at 4 am this morning for the Company's Christmas dinner. It was a lot of work but I had fun with it and every one enjoyed the Que. The following are a few pictures I took of the spread. In no certain order, I have been awake for almost 2 days now so I'm confused about the order of how things went down. Chit I can type faster when I look at the key board.

Went pretty good, I enjoyed although wore out doing it the smoking of the meats.

You guys hiring? I dont need benefits just an invite to the Christmas party!

Where's the beer bucket? It's not a good Office Christmas party unless somebody gets sloppy and starts showing their "Christmas Spirit"!!!

That affects it greatly but that included prep work for the side dishes that I had prepared. A lot of just sitting around Shooting the breeze and getting behind. I was also catching some work orders on property that interfered with my schedule.

I do have a plan for up sizing in the near future.

Didn't take the time to download all the pics [dial-up mod] but what I saw looks like you had that Landman working OT.
Great looking food brother.
