Ahhhh...Friday Night...

I started with this...



Added a couple of these...





Cooked them on this...





And they turned out like this...

I rubbed them up with a little EVOO...sprinkled some Kosher salt...put them on the egg for 1 hour @ 425 degrees. I turned them after 30 minutes or so...seriously good stuff!

Always! My wife and I have been doing "Friday Night Steaks" since we first met 18 years ago. We started out with a "Smokey Joe"...I still have it!
