Anyone out there interested in teaming up to cook the Hog Happnin' contest in Shelby, NC the first Friday and Saturday of November?

I'm up to discuss any possibilities to handle the logistical challenges and distance.

I have a lot of experience with "destination" comps with numerous solutions to the challenges.

I would also happily team up with a team closer to Shelby.

All geographic interest is welcome.
 
Somebody needs to accept this offer. I saw the fly in operation first hand in Bedford this past weekend and the man has it down to an art. Great neighbor and a great cook, that did me a huge favor helping get my new cooker back to the house.
